Built by chauffeur operators
Booking website, dispatch, passenger app and chauffeur app — fully branded for your company and powered by MegaRide.
No credit card required.
Everything your chauffeur company needs. One platform.
The problem
One platform
Quoted separately, this is the six-figure build most operators are told they need.
01 — Booking website
Customers book directly from a page that carries your name, your colours and your prices — without creating an account.
02 — Dispatch console
The screen your team works from all day: what is booked, who is driving it, where they are, and what it earned.
03 — Passenger app
They book, watch the car approach and keep every receipt — seeing your brand the whole way, never ours.
04 — Chauffeur app
The job, the route and the passenger — on their phone. No more calls to dispatch asking where they're going.
Command center
Hover any marker to see what your dispatcher is looking at.
White label
Executive Black and Palmline are demo companies. Mega Ride USA is our own — the fleet this platform was built to run.
Control
MegaRide provides the infrastructure. Everything a customer sees, pays and remembers is yours.
Your logo and colours repaint every screen your customers and drivers see.
Your passenger list is yours. We never market to it.
You set every rate. We never touch what you charge or take a cut of it.
Rides, clients, drivers and reports live in your own space, exportable any day.
Start on a MegaRide subdomain, move to your own address whenever you want.
Your Stripe account, your balance. We never hold your customers' money.
Getting started
No install, no server, no developer. A laptop and your company details.
Name, phone, city. That becomes your web address and the number on your reservations.
Pick your colours. Every screen your customers and drivers see repaints itself.
Your vehicles, their capacity and the service class each one runs.
Your prices, by market. We never set them and we never take a percentage of them.
Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google listing and your e-mail signature. Reservations start arriving on your board.
Built by operators
Mega Ride USA runs chauffeurs in South Florida. We went looking for a system to dispatch our own cars and found two kinds: enterprise platforms priced for fleets ten times our size, and quotes to build something custom that started in the six figures.
So we built it. Every screen exists because a night went wrong without it — the ride board because reservations were living in a group chat, the chauffeur app because drivers kept calling to ask where they were going, the finance tab because month-end was a guess.
Financial control
Not just booking and dispatch. Revenue, driver payouts, expenses and profit — added up while the night is still running.
Sample data — figures shown are illustrative
Payments
MegaRide is never the merchant of record and never holds your balance. Until you connect Stripe, your booking page still takes cash and invoice reservations.
Ownership
This is the line between a platform and a marketplace. We are on the platform side of it.
Your passengers belong to your company. We never contact or market to them.
Rides, clients, drivers and finance — exportable whenever you ask.
No exit clause. Even a suspended account stays readable and exportable.
Connect your address and your customers never see ours.
Payments land in your account, not in a platform balance we control.
Every rate is yours to set, change and keep. We take none of it.
Pricing
No percentage of your rides.
We charge for the software, never for what you charge your customers.
Straight answers
No. Your prices are yours and the money goes to your account. We charge for the software, not for what you charge your customers.
You do. Your customers, chauffeurs, rides and reports live in your own space and are yours to export. We do not market to your customers.
Yes. You start on yourcompany.megaride.app and connect your
own address whenever you're ready — your customers never see ours.
That's the point. Your logo and colours repaint the booking site, both apps and the console. Uploading a logo is step two of setup.
No. Your passengers see your company. MegaRide appears where you'd expect infrastructure to appear — on your operator console, not on your customer's screen.
Yes, and it's your own Stripe account — passenger payments land there directly. We are never the merchant of record and never hold your balance. Until you connect it, your booking page takes cash and invoice reservations.
Yes — rides, clients, drivers and finance. Your operating history is not something we hold over an invoice.
You export your data and go. There is no lock-in clause, and even a suspended account stays readable and exportable.
Yes. It is part of the platform, not an add-on — your customers book and track their ride seeing your brand.
Yes. Your drivers get the assignment, the route and the passenger details on their phone, and update the ride status from there.
An afternoon. Company details, logo, fleet and rates — then your booking link is live and reservations arrive on your board.
Only if you operate in South Florida — and if you do, say so before you sign up and we'll tell you straight. Everywhere else, no: we make money from the software, not from your rides, and your customer list is not something we can see or use.
Few. This is early and you would be among the first. What we won't do is invent a number or a testimonial to look otherwise — you can check, and you should. What we can promise: the software runs a real fleet every day, and you can export your data and leave whenever you want.
Run your company on technology built for chauffeur operators.
